I LOVE this!!! I have purchased this cart from a lady with a family full of boys! I know my Ballet dancing DD will love it!!! How did you do the tulle? Is it one strip or lots of small bits? Thanks for inspiring!

awww...you gals are so sweet!...
sharon skippy...with the tulle...i cut it like a 2 inch wide by 2 foot long strip of tulle...kept folding it length ways...until it was about two inches...then folded that in half...did a big 'ol glob of hot glue...and smooshed it on there...
did that make any sense?...lol...

That is so creative. I have been wondering what I am to do with this cartridge since I got it from the circle. I think I will make these for the girls at church and a cowboy for the boys. Fab idea. Thank you.
