OK.....so I've been MIA for a while, but how on earth to I attach a picture to my post????? I clicked on the attach photo and it's asking for a http link ??? any help would be gratefully received xx

You can either upload the photo from your computer OR link to it from a photobucket (or other) sharing site.
If you want to just upload it from your computer check the "Attach files to this post?" box at the bottom of the message. (You'll need to type some text in the message box or it won't let you post. Press the Post button then you'll be taken to a screen where you click the Browse button to search for your file.
Select the file the press the Upload button, then the Back button.
If the photo is too large you will see a link instead of the actual photo.
