Hello Everyone! I'm very new to the Gypsy and just got it a few days ago. I'm so overwhelmed with everything that it does. and can't figure out how to do it all. I haven't down loaded my 6 free cart. yet because I haven't figured it out yet. The only thing I've done so far, is down load the cart. that I have on to the Gypsy. and when I got to the 12th one. it was telling me that I couldn't down load any more until I upgraded the Gypsy. why would I need to upgrade it, so soon. I haven't really done anything with it yet. can any one tell me how to up grade it? would appreciate any help, you can give me.

Hi Maryann you would get that message if it was a cart that hadn't originally been loaded on the gypsy. even though it's a new gypsy to you it would only have the original software on it.
have you registered your gypsy????
