I wanted to post this here, as it's really the only thread I go to on this MB
I know many of us are in lots of swaps, so this is my challenge:
U post here what u want to work on for the month of October, it doesn't have to be a swap, it can be RAK or just something u want challenge urself to work on thats craft related. Then once u're done u can post pix for us all to see. (but u don't HAVE too, I just like to see others work)
Once u have completed the challenge U can put a smily face by it as to check it off.
It will help keep each of us on track & we can encourage each other for those days we have a hard time or don't feel inspired.
So hop aboard & enjoying getting to know others that share the same interest Mandy Sleight Edited by user Sunday, October 03, 2010 4:28:06 PM(UTC)

OOhhhh! I LOVE this thread! Its always nice to have inspiration, not only that maybe by posting what I want to get done, I will actually get it done! LOL Here is what I am working on this month: 1. GIBBS swap 2. Baby Girl Chipboard album for a baby gift 3. My daughters 1st Birthday decorations 4. finish off my shoe box swap and get it postal! 5. And start working on my Christmas cards 6. Make my daughters Tinkerbell costume. I will post photos of any of my personal items, but not the swap items because I want them to be a suprise to my partners!

What a great Idea
My goal's for the month of Oct
1) get 15 items completed for the 12 days of christmas (involved in 2 of them) 2) get pictures onto disc's and organized so I can get more printed 3) get prepared for a retreat on Nov 5-6 4) complete 28 christmas cards for a swap that is on Nov 4th
I think I'll stop there for now.

I have so much stuff I am wanting to do... this might help me stay focused...
1. Button Swap 2. Christmas Stocking Swap 3. Get tax ID number for craft fair in December (need to do this by end of October) 4. Make items for craft fair... variety of different cards and scrapbook kits, packs of cuts... 5. Make Christmas cards to mail out for holidays. 6. Figure out how I am going to display items for craft fair.

Mandy-
This is great!! Almost as good as the UWYH challenge, and a lot easier ... and a good way to stay on track. Having others to be responsible to always makes me work harder, and get more done. Just doing for myself ... well, I can do that tomorrow. Or the day after that, or the day after that ...
Will you do one for November? Or do I just have to make a to-do list and tape the top of it to the top of my monitor, so I can't lose it?!?
