I am having a problem with the cupcake wrapper cartridge. It's especially noticeable if I am making the "scallop" or the "dots" wrappers. The scallopped edge tears for me on these, and almost always in the same spots. I have tried changing pressure, changing speed, putting in a new blade, and using a new mat. Nothing I do seems to make much difference, and I'm tired of wasting paper. Before my cupcake wrapper cartridge goes in the trash, any suggestions? I've had my cricut a few years, and I have no trouble with any other cartridge!

I just cut out over 20 wrappers in the last two days with no problem. I had my pressure set on 4, blade depth on 4, and the blade housing at 6. Have you checked to make sure there is no paper inside the blade housing? Other than that I do not know what could be wrong.

Thanks. I tried everything, and nothing worked until I tried different paper. Now it's fine. I guess the paper I wanted to use was inferior in some way to the machine. Thanks again!
