ok ladies.... first let me apologize for being MIA. subscribing to the threads is not working all the time and I have had a plate full of personal projects. But I do want to say.....
THANKS to all of you for upping your numbers and sending such great cards.

I have 8 boxes with 2800 cards ready to ship and I am working on a 2nd set of 8 boxes now. The 2nd set includes some general occasion cards I have been holding beck since summer.
I am holding off on posting a new theme, to give the shippers a chance to get caught up. However, feel free to start working on Valentines (they will need to be shipped shortly after New Year's. Also you can always do all occasion. Look for the new theme the 1st of Nov.

Good morning one and all. I am seeing some great cards. I am so excited about the numbers!!
Pat - My cards went postal yesterday so you should have them today or tomorrow. You asked me yesterday about going to a crop. I am not one that likes going through the tunnel but I will if we can find one around. I figured that I could handle about 1 to 1 and 1/2 hours driving. As long as my trusty GPS works I should be fine.

Pat, My cards went postal today so they should be there by the first. Thanks for all you are doing getting those cards together. I am ashamed to say I signed up for 15, but only got 14 done. But for the Fall cards I said 15 and did 20, so I am still up by 4.  I will make it up next round. Enjoying seeing everyone's creations. I forgot to take a picture this time. Will try to remember for next time.

I had signed up for 50 Christmas cards, but with the help of some wonderful women, I sent our box of 195 cards to Cindy on yesterday. You can update my total, if you like. I was so shocked at the numbers so far. I am sure our soldiers will really appreciate it.

Greetings everyone!
After a long hiatus, I have returned to the board and want to get back into the CFS swing of things. I have around 25 cards that will be going to the post office tomorrow so that they arrive by Nov 1.
Just wanted to confirm that Pat's address hasn't changed in the last six months!

Welcome Missy......we should have a new theme in a couple of days....you could begin on Valentine Day and/or general use cards. There is always a need for anniversay, birthday, thinking of you, etc. You will ship to Susan and we will get you her address via a PM.... Normally our themes run about 3 weeks. afternoon everyone ~ I received cards today from Claire, Jenny and Giselle. I will have these packed up this evening. I am close to having the 2nd set of 8 boxes filled. Thanks for the wonderful cards and postage help.
I've been giving a lot of thought to the next couple themes. I am trying to get the timing figured out, then I will post them.

Pat wanted you to know my cards went out to Cindy today. It was mailed priority mail and I have a DC# if you need it, it should be received no later than Monday.
I sent 120 cards (an additional 20 was added).

I'll be mailing my cards on Friday, which means they should get to Pat on Monday. I wanted to wait until Friday so that I can have my students in the club make some more before I get them out. I will have way more than the amount I pledged, so I'll let you all know the final number on Friday.
