Hi all: it took me a while, but I got it finished: I used Tim Holtz Brick Texture folds , Color Box White ink, cut the characters 1 1/2 inch: Dracula, Frankenstein, Bride, Various ghosts and mummies, Witch on the weather vein, added some brads for the door handles. Scattered Spanish moss, and added some graveyard stones from the Lexmark Michaels collection GailLew attached the following image(s):

Wow! You did an awesome job on this!!! Thanks for sharing.
Okay, this is probably a really dumb question but I'm going to ask it anyway. How many sheets of black 12x12 cardstock did you use to make the house?

Okay, this is probably a really dumb question but I'm going to ask it anyway. How many sheets of black 12x12 cardstock did you use to make the house? If you line it up correctly, it takes 5 sheets.. I didnt use strong enough cardstock, so it was pretty finicky (especiallly the roof!); There's an 11 step video on you tube that shows you how to do it... if you follow each page it's not so bad, but it can be hard if you are trying to do it in an afternoon. Assemble each part of the house separately (like what the instructions say), then once you put the house together, let it dry overnite before you stick the roof on.. My steps were 1) Cut and emboss, 2) Score and fold, 3) Assemble

This is so awesome, how did you do the embossing? I understand that you used the Tim Holtz Brick one, but its a standard size and the house looks big. I did the flat house last night, but couldn't figure out how to emboss it without destroying it

I did the flat house last night, but couldn't figure out how to emboss it without destroying it I fed 1/2 of the part into the cuttlebug, flipped it over, and did the other half. Just be careful how you feed it in..The great thing about the folder is you can use it horizontally or vertically.. I had to use both positions.

Thanks for all your great comments. This is a super fun cart.. I especially love the characters..cutting it too small doesnt give enough credit to the detail of the die cut..

Thanks so much for the pics of the haunted house. I have been trying to make this for over a yr. Any better instructions than what are in the booklet? I have cut out 3 pcs. and they don't fit right.
