I was trying to use of some scraps of fabric that I had  and I created these gift tags by sandwiching the fabric between the hinge piece with the heart cut out, and a foundation piece. You could do this with paper too, but I just needed to find a way to use all of this fabric so that is why I used that.  you can write a little note inside of the hinge, and the feed ribbon through the holes to tie it onto a gift

They're very elegant. Nice use of scraps, too! How many did you make?

Evelyn Thanks! I only made a few . . . it was one of those days where real life got in the way of my crafting life. I am going to try and make some more . . . maybe Christmas gift tags.

 Thanks for the inspiration, i love this idea...i am new to cricut so want to learn the little things i can do without needing much techy knowldege. Before i look like a fool i will do what i think you mean...and see if i am right. thanks
