I used black and cream striped paper cut to size to create a grid pattern for the background. Then I cut the heart image from the George and Basic shapes Cricut cartridge. I did the first cut in the rose paper and the shadow cut in a metallic purple paper  I put the whole thing in a $1 frame from the craft store and it is a cute little piece of wall decor for Valentine's Day. I think this same layout would be cute for a card.
