I actually made this project from my Sampler Cartridge, but since the image is originally from Fabulous Finds I thought I would post it here also.

I was trying to use of some scraps of fabric that I had



and I created these gift tags by sandwiching the fabric between the hinge piece with the heart cut out, and a foundation piece. You could do this with paper too, but I just needed to find a way to use all of this fabric so that is why I used that.



you can write a little note inside of the hinge, and the feed ribbon through the holes to tie it onto a gift
