Hey guys - i need some help - i use my cricut expression to cut a lot of photos and vinyl - but lately it makes marks from where it goes across the paper from one cut to the next - i'm not sure why it is doing it - i've replaced the mat and the blade and played with the pressure, speed, and blade depth - i'm at a lost as to what else to try - it did not use to make these marks but now it is almost every cut - any suggestions????

Have you tried removing the blade and making sure there isn't a small piece of paper or vinyl stuck up in the blade holder? This sometimes causes issues with cutting.

The reset procedure should cure this problem. Go to the old MB and at the top of the Cricut Products Help forum, you will find the reset procedure posted by AdminBecky.
