I tried cutting last night using CDS with a jukebox attached, and for some reason, I couldn't get it to cut. I updated my CDS by uninstalling it and downloading the latest version, and I also updated the firmware, but still nothing. What am I doing wrong?

Did you remember to hook it to your machine.......jukebox that is?
Did you turn the switch on?
Did you make sure you selected the right mat on your DS for the type mat you put in the machine?
Are you sure you had the right carts in the jukebox for the design you created in your DS?
Did it say anything when you tried to activate it to cut?
Exactly what did it say or do when you tried to cut?
