Hello, Has anyone else experienced problems linking Independence Day to your Gypsy? I synced my Gypsy so it is up to date. I keep receiving an error message for the Independence Day cartridge, which is brand-new. I successfully linked 7 other cartridges last night, some of them are newer than ID and some are older.
I tried call ProvoCraft customer service twice but they are "experiencing high call volumes" so I was not able to connect with an agent. I was on hold for about an hour each time.
Do the Admins monitor MB? Perhaps someone could reach out to me.

I am sorry you are having trouble with this. Mine linked fine. However, one cart would not link and when I called pc they suggested I put the cart in backwards and see if it could be read that way. It did not help with my cart but it is always worth a try. Good luck.

I just bought this cartridge today & it linked with no problem. I would call PC again if you are still having trouble.

I had trouble linking this cart. I called PC and when we'd tried everything they sent me a label to send it back and sent me a new cart. That one loaded just fine. Give them a call.
