Need information my sodier is headed to South Korea

My son will be graduating from AIT in Ft. Sill on Thursday we found out last week that his MOS (thnk that is what they call it) is South Korea. We are very new to the Army is anyone familiar with South Korea cell phones, internet etc. Any help would be appreciated he is my baby I know that it is a safe place to be thanks God. I just don't know how well I am going to handle him being so far away.
BTW I am sure I will be scraplifting a lot of cards (hope you don't mind) as 20 soldiers from his class are going with him.

Good luck to your son and his chosen path. Tell him thank you.....can't help on the cell phones, etc.....but you are welcome to scraplift away.......

Ask this question at WWW.goarmyparents.com/forum. Many parents there have Soldiers in Korea and there is also a Soldier who is in Korea that posts. It is a fantastic support site for parents, families, and friends of Soldiers.
