Oh no!

I thought my blade was old and installed a new blade in the housing to continue my project and I am getting cuts only around the outside 2" of the 12" mat. No matter how I change my settings or to a new blade this is all I get. My machine is almost 2 years old....help?!Confused

I did and I talked to customer support and it did not help. She explained to me that they don't repair these machines and I will probably need to get a new one. They do sell refurbished machines; HOWever they don't repair these machines. I have many cartridges, a gypsy, design studio and am a Circle Member! DID I SAY THAT THEY DON'T REPAIR THESE MACHINES!!!!!Mad

That's crazy. A refurbished machine would be a repaired machine with parts replaced... so what do they consider refurbished?Confused

I noticed mine was doing the same thing, but then I looked at my mat and noticed that it wasn't as sticky in that area, check your mat first. Try a new mat. Hope this helps!

Yes I have replaced all mats, blades etc.

Anyway,

THANK YOU TO MATT AT PROVOCRAFT!!!!!! He is helping me with getting this machine to work and said the company is working on their service department and hopefully in the near future repairs and or parts for the machines will not be a problem.
