I am having password problems. I haven't figured out how my password got changed from my old one to a temporary password which is 9 numbers long! I want to change back to my old password. I e-mailed Cricut support and was told to go into my account and change the password, but be sure and save it. No problem except I can't find a save button. How do I save it? My mind is not good enough to remember all those numbers. I replied and asked Cricut support how to save but have not received an answer. I am getting so frustrated. I am not sure I like this new MB. I love the members and love looking at all the beautiful projects ya'll make. If anyone can help, I would appreciate it.

I don't know. But I was just about to ask the same question because the same exact thing happened to me.

Not sure but I think you have to go to the old site and go to "My Account" over there and there is a place to edit password. I can't find one on the new side. Better hurry before they shut it done?? lol

Thank you, Sheri. I just did that and it actually worked! Now how hard would it be for them to put an edit button for the password on this new board??

Sheri, I have been trying to change my password on the old message board. I did everything you suggested, but I do not have a save button. My daughter and I both tried to figure out how to save the change. Usually, you will have a save button at the bottom, but I don't have that. I have tried repeatedly. Thanks for trying to help.

So, you went to cricut.com in the top left and then "My Account" then to the right of the password it says "Edit" and when you go there you see 4 input fields. Underneath them there are 2 buttons - "Save" & "cancel". Do you see little symbols where like pictures should be?? If so, then there is a pop-up before you get to the edit screen that asks a question...say "NO" and then you should see the button?? Try that and see if it works??

Sheri, I am trying to change my password on the old board. I went to my account and tried to edit my password. However, the e-mail I received from Cricut support said to be sure I save it. I can't figure out how to do this. There is no save button. I have not had this much trouble with changing a password on anything else. You are right. I have about 30 minutes to get it changed. If I can't get it changed, I may have to forget about this mb. I hate to do this, because you have all been terrific. I'll try for another 30 minutes. Thanks so much!!

Sher, Thank you so much. I did exactly what you said and it worked! When the pop up windows came up I was answering yes. After you told me to click on no, I did that and the save button came up and my password was changed. Just in time may I add. Thanks again!!
