I've had this card laying around.... I think it's a cute little card using the witch's hat from PDDU. The leaping froggy is from PDDU as well. Harlquin corners are from Jasmine. I had fun making the envelope with the decorate edging from a MS punch. The card base was embossed, and the orange stripping on the witch hats are enhanced with some Stickles. I love Stickles but I forget to use them most of the time. The sentiment is a mixture of punched letters and a rubber stamp. TFL.

Oh m'gosh, Carole, that is the cutest little Halloween card! Love the color of the background paper and cool lettering for the sentiment. And of course..... that doodling!
