I have been trying to get information on quitting the circle since last Friday. I have sent 3 emails (no reply) and called and spoke to a C.S. rep today and was told they would call me right back with the information (That was 3 hours ago!) I just tried to call again and they are now closed. Any former Circlets have any info for me on how to get a reply?

I'm really surprised that you are having a hard time - I had no problems quitting the circle. I did have to call the main customer line because the circle line closed 2 hours early on the day i wanted to quit...but they transfered me to a circle customer service rep who was able to cancel my membership.

I'm loving the Circle! But if someone is unhappy enough to want to quit, I'm glad it's an option for you.

I would say keep trying. Sometimes it just takes getting the right person on the phone. Good Luck!

I'd keep trying because it sounds like quite a deal if you want to leave the Circle. Apparently, you can quit and get a full refund and keep the Welcome package (the French Manor cart and other goodies) and all the Rewards points you got for joining.

Well I sent an email last week about a refund and today when I logged in to the message board I don't see the circle board. I didn't receive an email from them, though I did ask them to please reply because I have sent a couple of emails and have never received a reply from them since joining the circle. I just checked my account and there is no refund yet. Hopefully tomorrow, there are a couple of cartridges I want to pick up with the refund money.

I'm just curious, to those of you who have left the circle . . . if you don't mind sharing your reasons for leaving, it may help me in my decision to join or not.
TIA, Kim

To me it just wasn't worth the money, I don't like the new cartridge coming out, I wouldn't buy it, the rewards was a big part also why I joined that's a big disappointment so far. I wasn't using the circle message board that much anymore, I like it here much better. Provo Craft just always seems to drop the ball on everything, and when I pay for something I expect to get what I paid for not wait for it. This way I can go out and buy some cartridges with my refund and be much happier. u.scrap2 wrote:I'm just curious, to those of you who have left the circle . . . if you don't mind sharing your reasons for leaving, it may help me in my decision to join or not.

Hope you'll get some info soon....but you don't have the circle logo under your avatar anymore, so I'm guessing someone "heard" you! Hopefully they will reply. I don't seem to have luck with writing emails to PC either. Not sure why....I've gotten a response once and I've written several emails to them. Good luck!

Sounds like trying to leave the commune. Maybe they won't let you out once you're in. You might give away their "secrets." In the 60's your parents would have to hire someone to come nab you to get you out then you'd have to be deprogrammed. Good luck.

I was able to "quit" the circle today. Provocraft was very gracious and I will remain a loyal customer. I love my Expression and will enjoy using my money to buy carts that are of my choosing. Thank you, Provocraft!

So what people are doing is quitting the Circle but reaping the rewards, all those points and keeping the cartridge French Manor??
I think that is pretty good that Provo Craft is allowing people to keep the carts and the reward points.
