I made a few Halloween projects for my mom's office at work.

So when you call it a Mod Podge block do you mean it was a wooden block that you altered using mod podge? Sorry for such a silly question!

I painted the blocks first and then cut my paper to the size that I wanted. I have just started using Mod Podge and have found that I like to use the cardstock thickness because it doesn't seem to bubble on the edge like it does sometimes with the thinner paper. I apply a coat of Mod Podge on the painted block, then lay the paper down and I have a little wooden roller to make sure that it's really stuck on there and then I apply another coat over top of the paper, then the letters or whatever I'm putting on it, then another coat of Mod Podge.
