On the Obsessed with Scrapbooking site, Joy has used some Art Deco folders on a few projects. I commented and asked where she got them but thought I would ask here too since they look really cool, from what I could see! Has anyone heard of these?

I noticed those also and I wondered if there will be a cart that has art deco designs on it - are they companion folders?
