Where is the best place online to order them from that don't charge more than what they cost for shipping?

A friend and I just shared an order through Lakeside (Ltd Commodities). You couldn't pick your colors, but they were cheap!

You might regret that. I recommend buying all of them once you get sucked into their awesome web. Because once you buy one, they begin to multiply, like cricut carts!
