I took 2 hours of work on Friday, to play! Well the UPS man didn't come until 1:00 so I MADE myself clean first. GOOD!
LOL. But when I opened it up a screw fell out. :o( Bad omen!!!!
So I did everything that the paper said. EVERYTHING!
It does not sound like a cricut!
First clue that something was wrong!
Second clue, it only go to calibration it prints and then it goes straight to the menu....
My sister-in-laws, her is fine we even put then together. Her's sounds like a cricut.
Mine just sits there, now I can get it to print, but NO CUTTING! :o(
So, I am calling PC when I get home from work, so does anyone have the phone number handy so I won't have to dig to find it?
And to anyone else that has a bad one, what did you all do to get it fixed?
I want a new machine! I will not keep this one!!

If I was an hour away, I'd drive to get a new one too!!! LOL I hope you get your issues resolved quickly and the new machine they give you is 100% so you can get back to creating!
