Has anyone tried to "update" or "register" their imagine?

I wanted to play with my new Christmas Cards cartridge in my Imagine and when I insert the cartridge I get a notice that I need to update my Imagine at Provocraft.com but I see no link on the website (or directions) about how to do this.

Also, I cannot find a spot to register the machine online. When I enter the website in that is on the registration card it takes me to a page that shows the new cartridge/ink offer.

Has anyone else encountered either of these issues?

I haven't been able to register the machines or the cartridges.

OK, I found my own answer....

only I can't remember where it was. ugh!

But somewhere on this board, there is a tech support thread for Imagine and it said both the web access for registration and the update that will include the last few carts that were released since the imagine was updated, will be available online within a week or two at www.provocraft.com

I guess we just have to keep a watch and be patient.

I did. The DVD directed me to use the Imagine That Cart -- yeah-no. At the update prompt, the Machine just ignored that cart. I didn't turn it off. I just switched out the carts and in a couple minutes, the update process started. I just cut out my 4th project. I'll work on registration now.
