How do I register my design studio from old to new computer? I unistalled it from old computer and intalled to new one. It gives me error after I plugged in my serial # and clicked "activate by using internet" (new computer). Error code 3 "the serial 3 is registered to another computer". What else I need to do to unregister it from my old computer? So I can register it to my new computer.

You'll need to call Customer Service so they can "reactivate" the serial number so you can out it on your new computer. It only takes a minute once you get a live person.
