I'm just wondering how to redeem the points on the carts. I tried today and got a message that I had already redeemed that cartridge! Plus, I couldn't find the carts listed to register!

I got the same error but I was using the letter o but it should have been the number 0 once I corrected that I was able to redeem my points, I hope that helps.
