I want to print some shirts for the 3day but I don't wear cotton shirts for running or walking. I use tech shirts. Can you Yudu on tech shirts?

YEs you can but you must use the right ink. And even then screen printing on that type of material is tricky.
My suggestion is to skip the Yudu for this one. You want SpectraFLEX heat transfer Vinyl. you'll vu it on your Cricut and heat set it on your shirt. It will become part of the fabric and then FLEX with the Material. Really good stuff. Especially for only doing a few shirts, the Ink you need to use is not only pricey but kind of a pain for the hobbiest and a little on the pricey side.
