My Imagine just came this morning. I had several items missing from my box--the stylus, the instructional DVD and booklet. I have already talked with a very nice customer service rep at PC (I'm sorry, I don't remember her name) and they are sending these items to me. I know several people were getting them for birthday, anniversary and even Christmas presents. Might be a good idea to open and check things out.

Good idea! Thanks for the heads up. How sticky is your mat? I read there were some others who have had issues with their new mats.

I got it calibrated and did a couple of test cuts and it worked fine, but I noticed and the corners were not laying flat on the mat at times, so I'm probably going to call about that too.

My mat is not even sticky enough to hold the paper down while cutting. Oddly enough I was able to get the Imagine calibrated and aligned. I have tried going thru the steps outlined in the users manual and also have used the advice received from other forum members and still no luck. I need to call Provo Craft on this issue to get this resolved...too late now it will have to wait until Monday. Maybe the the extra mats I ordered will come tomorrow...fingers crossed!

Mine was unsealed, but everything was in there. I was pretty upset, but my ma was like set it up first, see if it works. So I did and I am not going to send it back, but will get the warranty on it.

Same issue here, I also noticed SEVERAL SCRATCHES on the top of my machine. It was in the protective rap as well so it seems weird. Some of them were pretty deep. I am going to talk to PC about it next week see what they say.
