I have tried 3 times yesterday and 7 times today to reach someone in CS, holding 20 to 47 mins and NO ONE answers the phone. I initially wanted the Circle CS but I tried all of the departments. I have called different times of the day and I just keep hearing the scratchy music.

This is so frustrating, surely PC still has CS Employees.

I have given up on ever being able to get someone on the phone and now always go to live chat.

I used live chat today approx. 4 pm, and my issue was resolved I under 5 minutes, and that included me emailing something to the CS rep.
Seems a lot easier than calling.

I certainly hope this doesn't mean they are considering giving up on telephone CS. I just sometimes feel that it is best and easier to communicate via phone. However, I do believe that there is a place for CS via live chat or other methods for some things. Just not everything.

Perhaps they just had a bad day, perhaps people out of the office, phone trouble, or any number of other things. Let's hope so.

Where do I find Live Chat? I use to see it and now I don't since they changed their website.

I received an email with my Code for purchasing the Circle membership using Reward Points. The Instructions say to sign in to Cricut.com, enter the Promo Code (Code I received in the email) but when I do, it shows the Chalkboard Cartridge. I purchased the My First Years Cartridge NOT Chalkboard. I'm thinking that they sent me the wrong code, so I have trying to talk to someone, anyone at PC.

I will be happy to try Live Chat if I can find it.

I just saw a Facebook post that said their phones were back up and running.... hum....

"Hello All! The phones are currently working again. We can now take your customer service calls. Happy Crafting!"

Thank you so much, I will try that on Monday. I've had a hard time getting use to the New format.
