I am wondering if there is any interest here in getting a group started for making projects, cards or layouts.
You set the goal on how many projects, cards or layouts you want to complete.
There is no time frame in which they have to be completed unless you want a time frame.
There are no rules in how you want to design your projects.
Report back to this thread on what you would like to get completed and when you started this challenge.
You can post pictures of your projects in this thread or link it back to your blog if you have one. Only if you want to.
It is a thread set aside for us to report back to and encourage each other in completing our projects. If you get stuck on a project we can help each other with ideas or encouragement.
You can also tell us what your working on.

My goal is to complete 50 layouts. Below Is how you can post your progress.
I have 22 layouts out of 50 done.

Mary - 22/50 - Layouts - Started 8-9-13
I'm working on getting my GD scrapbooks caught up.
8-15-13 - Presently I'm working on zoo pictures.

other examples:

(Name) 0/10 - cards - Start (date)

(Name) 0/5 - mini albums - Start (date)

(Name) 0/10 - layouts - Start (date)

Post your goals in this thread.

I set myself a goal of 60 pages a couple of months ago. I was off to a good start. We put our house on the market and got a buyer so I had to shelve my challenge. The sale has just fallen through so I need to get going again.

I keep saying that I am going to make a whole stack of cards to keep on hand and the I never make them.

I need a challenge!!

I'm thinking 50 layouts and 50 cards by Christmas. Even if I don't meet my target, I'd still have a heap of stuff made right?

Thats a good challenge. Keep it fun!
When I set my goal of 50 layouts I don't have a finish date. So I don't feel and have to get it finished by such and such a date. For me personally I don't want the pressure of a finish date.
I think it would block my creative jucies. If it works for you Great!!
I need to get some cards made in my stash so I can just pick one out when there is a birthday and such.
I'm glad your joining in!! Woot

I'll join and thank you for starting the 'Project Thread', it will help me so much knowing I have to check in daily with my results.

I only do cards and plan to give each friend a box of all occasion cards as a Christmas gift. At this stage/age of life, my friends and I really don't need anything and they always admire my cards.

Goals so far:
30 - all occasion cards various designs (thankful for Pinterest)
As of today, I completed 4 cards.
Update: as of today, 08/21st...I completed 6 all occasion cards...24 to goSmile
10 - Christmas cards ---would like to do pop-ups & swing cards but I'll see if this is what they will want.
12 - Christmas cards for family ---will definitely do pop-ups & swing cards.
02 - Request from cousins to create a sweet 16 B'day & an 80th B'day card.
02 - Nieces B'day cards from me (Sept & Oct).
01 - Wedding card for October 2013.

Okay enough writing for me, back to work...I mean happily crafting

Best, Mary R.

I've been taking pictures of my layouts. I am going to space my posts out on my blog since I have so many layouts.

Here is one that I recently made. My GD loves Monkey's and Puppies. So I made a layout about her love for these critters.

Here's a project I started to work on earlier this year. I finally finished it!

Are you looking for a way to store your 5"x7" Embossing Folders also with borders?

Here is what I came up with.

Great idea!

1. To finish scrapbooking all of mom's pictures. I have done the years from 1930 to 1980's. Do y'all want to see some of the ones I have finished?

2. To finish 7 "steampunk pumpkins". I have done 5 (?) already. I HAVE to show these to you!!!

3. Decorate a small birdcage.

I just finished a Pinterest "picture in a jar"...It is a piture of my mom in a bathing suit circa early 1950 and a very very small picture of me in a bathing suit circa early 1960's.

Okay I'm going to try to upload a few pictures of my cards. One of the pictures show a few cards. Please let me know your thoughts. Also, most of the cards do not have a sentiment because I am giving them away but with sentiments to add to a card. Best, Mary R.
