So I cleaned the print heads, did a calibration(print was nice)went to print and cut, and the machine says printing then pulls the paper to the back of the machine and then says cutting so I have to press the stop button.
Any body remember reading any posts that said this same thing?

Funny, printed and cut last week, now it is berserk....

This happens to me all the time, however it seems whenever I am on the phone with PC it is one of the times when my machine isn't doing it (even though it just did it two minutes prior!) All PC wants to do is reinstall the software on my Imagine and I do that every time I am having problems with my machine, but seriously should I need to do this each and every time?? I HATE my Imagine and seriously regret buying it. I wish I still had my Expression. :(

So sorry that this happened. I hope that its resolved by now. Also, while it's great that the help desk asked you to phone them, we'd all like to hear the solution and result-- are your mats sticky and new when this happens? (sounds irrelevant but I really do have a point in asking)
