My Expression is almost 3 years old. Tonight the arm on the cradle that holds the blade assembly broke. From what I have read, there is no repair service or place to buy replacement parts, is that correct? I sent in an e-mail to support (since they are already closed I didn't attempt to call) and got a reply[img]null[/img] back saying it may take 7 days for them to get back with me, so I thought I would ask here. I really hate to have to buy a new machine just because of this little broken piece. Other than that it has been working okay not great but as good as it always has. I would even be open to purchasing another brand but I have over 40 cartridges that I would be stuck with. Sorry, I'm venting. Any advice?
