I ran the Adobe update and I can still get into CCR, so that must not be the problem. Smile

I had that problem about a year ago - so since then I haven't updates Adobe Air. It might be a combination of the version of Adobe Air and your operating system (or something else) causing the problem because I recall at the time that not everyone was affected. Try to go back to the previous version of Adobe Air that worked for you and see if that helps.

You can find old versions here: http://www.oldapps.com/adobe_air.php

Hope that helps!

What's happening when you try to open CCR? Are you getting an error message? Or is it getting stuck at the Initializing screen? Or something else entirely?
