Hattie, great job on the spoon rest mini book
Love the Secret Garden Board and spoon with nest. So cute and springlike
The Oriental Fan is really cool. What I would like to know on that one is how did you drill
a hole in the handle? I broke 3 drill bits trying to drill mine and finally gave up and
soldered it.

Glad you liked it. I left the paper off the back in case you did not want it mounted. (Easier to untwist the wires)

I received THE most gorgeous package today from Kelley. She sent me the altered silverware item, which is gorgeous....really no dibs. Heads will roll if this disappears. I also received some extra goodies from her and because my altered mouse trap is stuck somewhere in Post Office land, she sent me another one.
Will post pictures as soon as I take them.
Thank you Kelley, it is simply THE BEST!!

I think everyone did a wonderful job on this swap. Thank you Kelley for holding another fun swap.
I'm going to keep a picture of Kelley's project on my desktop and every time I say to myself "I don't have enough time" I'm going to look at that picture. What a beautiful job you did Kelley and if Denise will pm me I will give her my address so she knows where to ship it.
I am now looking forward to the Paint Brush swap as soon as I finish my Butterfly and Dragonfly Swap. I was holding up the main part of the B & D Swap and I cut it in half last night. Just made my night but I fixed it today. It's amazing how sharp those cutting utensils can be. lol

I got my altered silverware from KauiMelody today. NO DIBBS. I absolutely love it! She sent me a Dragonfly and a little Dragonfly gift card. I was having problems photographing it inside so I took it outside and hung it on my birdhouse off the back of my deck. I think it looks great there! ksqueenb attached the following image(s):

The funny thing is the beads she chose for the eyes I actually have a necklace and earring set I wear that are made of the same beads. It is one of the few pieces I have that are goldtone.

Melody, I am so bummed. The dragon was originally attached at the top of the spoon where the gap between the pearls is. I thought I had finally figured out how to keep it attached. I tried to solder it but is wouldn't stick, then I hot glued it and it popped off. I was sure the e6000 would keep it attached but apparently not. Here is how it looked when it left.
