Cindy, those brushes are both beautiful! Great job!

Mine is out for delivery today but I don't think I'll be here when it arrives. So will be later today before I can post again.

My brush from Lori has arrived! Great idea Lori! She changed the brush into a tree! I'd like to know where you found the tree handle to place on top of the original brush? Is that something we can buy at craft stores? Pretty nifty idea.

The leaves section of the tree is metal and she colored it with green paints or inks of some type....and brushed on some gold highlights too.

Nice job and thank you! and yes, now I need a small plaque or something to go along with it to use as a grouping on the wall to tie it all in together! lol Actually, I may have the perfect spot for it next to a Family plaque Cheryl56 made me! Probably a nail hole there too already.... lol

Once again, I have been so amazed at everyone's take on these brushes. This has become one of my favorite swaps. How everyone can take a common low-cost item and transform it into something amazing. Thank you all for making it an enjoyable experience.BigGrin Love BigGrin

I am so glad you liked it. Smile I actually used polymer clay and pressed a wood grain embossing folder into it. Definitely something you can get at crafts store.

Wow! Great brushes. I thought that was polymer clay but how clever to use the embossing folder on it!

I received my pretty, Spring paintbrush from Terri this week. Sorry it has taken me so long to post, taking care of my very sick babygirl this week. Terri, I love my brush. It is perfect for me.

Thanks Kel for a great swap! I love making the paintbrushes!

Ladies, everyone has done an awesome job of personalizing the awesome projects.

Kelley...thank you for coming up with these monthly swaps. These monthly challenges have helped me in my creativity and I'm learning more and more with each one I join. I'm still amazed at how creative everyone is and how creative I can be...LOL

Ladies...I'm sorry I didn't comment on each and every paintbrush, but I want all of you to know that I liked each and every one of them. I thoroughly enjoyed seeing all the different creations and techniques done with something as simple as a paintbrush.
