Hello I have just recieved a cricut personal expressions and am having trouble figuring out how to make my upper case letters lower case. I have tried the shift button but that just creates the shape on that keys. Please help! Thanks Corinne

What cartridge are you using?
Some Font cartridges only have capital letters.
Let us know what cartridge you are and using and someone can help you.

As it's the Cricut Personal you most likely are using George & Basic Shapes. Unfortunately that cartridge doesn't have a lower case alphabet. If you don't have any other cartridges yet you can download and install the free Cricut Craft Room program. The free cartridge that comes with that program is called Cricut Craft Room Basics and it does have a lower case (and upper case) alphabet. All you'll need is a USB cable (like the one your printer uses) to connect your Cricut to your computer. You'll also need to update the firmware on your Cricut so it will cut with CCR.
