I'm pretty sure you can ignore that message and still cut your design. Do you see a Y/N option?

I have the same issue with my Gypsy and my baby Cricut. I was getting the same message each time that the updates didn't go together. Now this week it won't cut. It starts to cut (using my Gypsy) and stops suddenly and then says it lost communication with my Cricut.
I do have an Expression and my Gypsy seems to be working fine with that. The Expression takes up a lot of room and I mostly use the baby Cricut.
PC had me reformat my Gypsy but it did not help. I am going to try to call PC tomorrow and see if I can update my baby Cricut.
If anyone has found a solution I hope they will let us know.
