I have been using my Cricut Expression 2 for a quite a bit the last 2-3 days and had zero problems. I was working on a project when I went to load new paper and tell the machine to print the same imagine 3 more times. I was able to adjust the size of the image and press "load paper" but when I went to press "cut" to go to that menu, an hourglass appeared on the screen and the image froze. The machine then spit out the paper and mat, and reset everything without cutting a thing.

I unplugged the machine and turned it off for probably 3+ hours and the issue still exists after turning it back on.

The image I want to cut is from the preloaded "Alphabet" cartridge on the machine.

HELP!!
