i've tried the suggestions - still won't cut. says there is no device

thanks for the suggestion. i've tried them - still not working. i don't find the forum very user friendly - don't know how to get back to those who gave suggestions. would really like to try this craft room. Maybe if someone answers, they will also give me directions to navigate around on this forum. Not very happy yet. I'll wait for more help. Thank you.

I'm not sure which machine you have.
You were probably in the forum for that specific machine.
Or if you are trying to use Cricut Craft Room in that forum.
I'll give you directions to get to the machine and application forums.
This will work for the other forums also.
Look at the top of this post...you will see
Cricut Forums> Cricut Community> Getting Started> etc.
Click on where it says Cricut Community.
That will open up a new screen where you will find many assorted forums to choose from.
Go to the Cricut Machines and Applications section.
Click on the name of whichever machine you have or Cricut Craft Room if that is where you are having problems and the link will take you to that forum.
You can also try calling customer service Monday and they can walk you through some ways to fix your specific problem. Sorry you are having issues.
