Got new laptop. Finally after reading all the post. I'm able to open the CCR. Now it is saying failed to install driver software. Error code comes up. Try again. Same thing.

Same thing. Hello Snippy! Depending on what error you are receiving this may help. Please right click on the Craft Room icon. Then choose "Run as administrator". This should fix the driver error. If it does not you will need to call customer service at 877-7cricut for further assistance! We can certainly help you over the phone! -Cricut Gena
