When I try to open CCR it won't go past intitializing. What am I doing wrong?

This happens to me sometimes. I close it and try opening it again and if that does not work, I re-boot my computer and that does the trick.

Hello Cindy and Ireland! This occurs when your antivirus program is not allowing the program to work. You will need to add in these exceptions to your antivirus: • Cricut Sync • Cricut Craft Room • CCRBRIDGE.EXE (this needs to be added from both the Cricut Sync program files folder and the Cricut Craft Room program files folder)
Once these are added you will not receive this message. Also, if you are having trouble adding these exceptions we do have instructions for most antivirus programs through customer service! Give us a call at 877-7cricut. We are happy to help!
