Hello, Purchased Design Studio a couple of years ago from Michaels but never installed. Trying to now but having issue registering it. It is asking for a 6 part serial number, but the one that came with my CD is only 5 parts. Please let me know if anyone has any idea what to do. Thanks!

There was a batch of DS cd's that were printed with the incorrect number. Give PC customer service a call and they'll give you a new number.  Click on Support at the top of this screen for their phone number.
