Has anyone talked to WRMK to see if they will send us a new sticky back sticker for our boards. Some of you have said they are sending you a new one. Is that a new board or the sticker. Please let us now if you have talked to them and what they will do to fix this problem. I am like some of the others I would like it on my board so I don't have to keep up with the extra piece of paper.
Thanks in advance
Grammy Sue

I emailed WRMK but have not heard back from them. I printed out the sticker sheet with the correct sizes and it is a bit blurry. Hopefully they will send out quality sticker sheets to put on our boards. I think I will call them this afternoon and see what they have to say. It doesn't seem they are answering emails in a timely fashion.

I also have emailed them (Sat.)Hope they respond soon. I really don't think I should have to buy sticky paper or laminating pouches to fix this problem. They knew all of these punches were wrong when they sold them. We will see!!!!

I agree. They could make it easier for us and they would not have to replace the boards just a sticker for us that is waterproof that would be nice.
I have a question. When you cut the corners are they really rough. It isn't a clean cut. I have tried 4 different kinds of paper and they are not clean cuts. Anyone else having this problem?
Thanks everyone
Grammy Sue

They told me they would have the stickers with the corrections in a couple of weeks and took my mailing information. I am having trouble with the cutting. It is very bad. I noticed the blade has a nick in it. I sent pictures and I am waiting to hear from Alex evidentaly she is the boss. Cory said she said she would replace it. I hope I don't have to send this one back right now. I would like to use it a while even if it isn't perfect.. Grammy Sue Edited by user Tuesday, February 19, 2013 12:43:42 PM(UTC)

Has anyone received their corrected measurements? I guess it hasn't been 2 weeks yet, but I'm anxious.

I just copied and laminated the new chart from their web site. I used it this weekend and am verrrrry satisfied. I make 200 or so cards a year and have been at the mercy of J's or M's premade packs. I have accumulated so much paper I want to make my own cards and envelopes out of my thinner paper.
I know that 5 x 5 envelopes are more wxpensive to send . Is it the same with 6 x 6? I figured I could make 2 cards a sheet and save even more. I have watched Lorraines videos and she is now making the 6 x 6 and hasn't commented on the cost.
Anyone know?

I have been wanting one of these boards in the worst way! I finally talked myself out of one when this issue came up - glad to hear it is getting resolved.
I discovered so many envelope cut files (for the machine that shall not be mentioned here) and have been having a blast cutting those - I am going to try addressing them with pens using the sketch function next.

Anyone know? Has Lorraine been posting lately? I haven't seen any posts from her in quite a while or am I just missing them? I can't remember the name of her blog. Can you help me with that please?

I believe the board is now for sale at Archivers, it was in their email for $19.99. They also had avideo in the email. I'm sure it would be on theur website or they should have it in the store now to see. BJR.

Here is what We R Memory Keepers on their facebook page today. Update: We have an updated Envelope Punch Board Sticker to adhere over the current measurement sizes. ***Take a look at the 3x3" Envelope Size on the Punch Board. The original measurements for that size will be 5 3/8” x 5 3/8” with a 2 ¾” score line. If that’s the size listed for the 3x3” Envelope Size, then please email us for a replacement sticker. *** Please email us at customerservice@weronthenet.com Include ‘Envelope Punch Board Sticker’ in the subject line and your mailing address in the body of the email. Just thought I would share. Hope this helps.

Anyone know? Any type of square envelope costs more to mail. I think it has something to do with the machines it goes through? I know on the USPS site they have a page that tells you the min and max measurements for all types of mail. I'll see if I can find it for you!
