I was just now able to get my filmware updated to 2.43...is sooo happy. I only own 5 cartridges so far and was able to link them all but this one....any ideas?
I saw a post about this cartridge about 4 months back and the only thing that was said was call PC so was just curious if anyone knows the solution?

I had a problem with this cart a week or so ago. I kept getting an error message that the cart had changed and couldn't link it. I called PC and wasn't on hold but a few minutes. They said several carts, including that one, randomly won't link. I had to give them the serial number and they linked it for me. I shut down CCR and restarted and the cart was there. Unfortunately it doesn't show up with my Gypsy, but since I hardly use it, I will not be complaining. You will have to call PC. That's the only way to link it if yours is one of the random problems.
