Hi,
I just got a new computer with windows 8 and CCR won't load.
I never had any trouble with old comp/windows xp.
I'm getting so frustrated. I am not computer savy, and I don't understand
why craft room won't load. It says its downloaded, but when I try
to open the program, the icon just circles over and over, thinking
and never opens
Help!!! thnks

Missy That's an easy fix.... Right click on the CCR icon on your desktop and select Properties Click on the Compatibility tab Change the two settings indicated in the picture below and press Apply then OK. Then try CCR again.

Feel really stupid but I cant manage to get sync to work anymore, have tried fixing the same way as CCR but it doesnt work have you any ideas please?????
