I used my craft room this afternoon to print out some 3D shapes and then I turned it off this afternoon when I was done. I realized I was short 3 shapes and went to turn it back on and I cannot get it to 'connect' to the net. Clearly if I am posting this from the same computer as the program I have a working net connection. I get two small boxes one says "Service Error", the next says "Service Error:[object Object] It says to check my internet connection, I have checked it. It works just fine. What is required to fix this? The project I am doing is for a contest that has a dead-line and I would like to get my submission done on time.

Cricut.com is having issues right now per their post on Facebook. It's affecting CCR as well. I haven't been able to get on the MB for the last couple of hours. I'm not exactly sure how I got on here now (went through another link somehow). They are supposed to let us know when it's back up.

I think the whole website was down for a while. I was getting a server error message when trying to connect to the site. But looks like it's back up now.

Thank you for letting me know. I did not have them on FB. I figured it was something on my end that got messed up. I use it so much I thought maybe it got tired of me!

I can't get on either. Finally hooked my Expression up after moving 8 months ago. Used Craft Room for the first time today and was having so much fun creating things for our Disney Cruise. Needed to work on them some more and now I can't log in  Hopefully soon!

I can't log in either. Was helping my mother get setup with ccr and just showing her some things when it went down. Why do they not post updates on the mb. I don't have nor want to be on facebook.

I still can't connect. Tuesdays are the only evening my husband isn't home & I wanted to make him a valentine. I'm so disappointed.

I haven't been able to log on all afternoon today and yesterday was an issue as well.. I hope they get it straightened out soon. I have been using this weeks free cart to make critters for a couple projects I have been working on.... and I have many more to make.

I did add them to FB to keep up to date. They had it running then it just stopped again. They said they are working on the fix again.

My new laptop was delivered yesterday, so when I got home from work today I was going to ATTEMPT to install CCR and Cricut Sync on this windows 7 computer. Doesn't it just figure when there is something you really want to do the cyber gods have other plans.
I tried to open CCR on my old desktop a few minutes ago, and the circle just keeps spinning.
