So I want to do my first vinyl phrase or my son's wall. I want to do the "hockey is life" phrase from the Sports Mania cart. I bought. 12 x 24 mat and want to make the item as large as I can since it will be on a large wall. Do I simply use "fit to page" for the sizing? How does the cricut know I am using a 12 x 24 mat instead of 12 x 12?
Sorry for the ignorance but this is the first vinyl wall decal I ever made. Thanks!

Which machine are you using and are you using one of the design programs - CCR, gypsy or Design Studio. It will depend somewhat on your answers to these questions. Let me know & I will try to help. You will be able to get bigger results if you use one of the design programs.
