When using my gypsy or craftroom, when I send to cut, it cuts in a random order, going from one side to another. Might cut out the inside of a letter, go to another letter, same thing, go to something else and back to the letter it started on. seems like a great waste of time and energy for the cricut. Anyone else have this? why? what to fix? Thanks! Edited by user Sunday, February 03, 2013 3:59:06 PM(UTC)

It does happen to me also.
It probably has something to do with how the designers designed the cartridge to cut.
The centers of the letters are closed cuts and are usually cut first then the machine moves on to cut out the outside of the cut.
I also notice when I move my cuts around while designing that can change the order in which some of the objects are cut.
Hope this helps. D-

Hello! When using the Gypsy or any of the Design programs, the Cricut will cut whatever image you placed on the mat first and then in order. I hope this answers your question!
