Hello ladies...Here is another post. My daughter Lillian needed to make a box for Valentine's Day party at her school...so I took the box that the handtowels come in....1st picture. Then I added some paper that Lilly chose , cut some decorations out and my daughter decorated the box and stuck them where she wanted. Altered box - handtowel box Gumball machine cut @ 4 1/4" with sweethearts Bee cut @ 4" with create a critter 2 Ladybug cut @ 2" Butterfly cut @ 3" and bird cut @ 2" with the same cartridge ...create a critter 2 glitter heart stickers, some recollection cardstock that I got at Michaels on clearance for $1.98. Hope you enjoy...have a great day! ScrappinLil attached the following image(s):

That is such a great idea to use one of those hand towel boxes for a kids' Valentine box for school. Love it!

What a great idea! I love to upcycle things that usually get thrown away. You did a wonderful job and I'm sure your daughter appreciates all your hard work.

This is a wonderful idea!!! TFS. I am going to craftlift this idea to hang outside my classroom door. I do reading support and do lots of recess duties so I get Valentine's from lots of kiddos around the school. :) I always try to make something that can be hung outside the door and this is the answer to my crafting prayers this year. AND I get to upcycle. Win-Win D- Edited by user Wednesday, February 06, 2013 12:05:01 PM(UTC)
