HELP!!??!!
Can someone help me? I haven't used my expression or gypsy in over a year. It was packed up while we remodeled our house.
I downloaded Cricut Sync and hooked my gypsy and it won't update. It either gives me a bridge error or it just stays on "connecting to gypsy".
Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?
Thanks Theresa

Thanks Theresa Hello Theresa- This error occurs when your antivirus is blocking the program from working. We can recommend adding the Cricut sync program and the ccrbridge.exe program to you antiviruses exceptions. If you need assistance with this please contact customer service at 877-7cricut, we would love to assist you. -Cricut Gena

Ok I got it to update and now when I click on the cricut head I get this: The gypsy has detected a security breach and will shut down. If you think this error is a mistake please contact customer service. I am getting frustrated! If I didn't have new cartridges to link I wouldn't have updated. And of course customer service is closed for the weekend. Edited by user Saturday, February 02, 2013 6:18:27 AM(UTC)

I had these same problems a few weeks ago and ended up reformatting my Gypsy - you'd have to call Cricut Support to get the right series of answers to enter. I lost all my projects and now the darn little thing won't even stay on. So frustrated, too!!
