When I try to update my cricut imagine and also my cricut expression 2 I get a message that says there is a bridge problem. Has anyone had this problem?

Hello Debbie! The Bridge error is caused when the antivirus program on your computer is blocking the program from working. You will need to manage the exceptions in your antivirus.
